Resurrection (Funeral) Choir

Ministry Goal:  Lead sung prayer for funeral and memorial liturgies (48-hours advance notice). 

Age:  High School and older     Training Needed:  Some vocal ability; should possess a love of music and pastoral sensitivity toward the bereaved.  Time Commitment:  No regular rehearsal, call is approximately 15-minutes prior to the funeral/memorial liturgy.  Funerals are scheduled in the morning Monday through Saturday; the parish averages about one funeral per week.  Duration of Commitment:  Open-ended.
