We invite all children who are entering Kindergarten thru Grade 5
 
Pick Up your Registration Forms in the back of Church
 
Medical Release Form is on the Back - Please fill out as well.
 
Please return completed form to VBS Box in the back of church.  Registration must be received by Sunday, July 23^rd. No late registrations will be accepted due to scheduling

Adult, Teen & Pre-Teen Helpers
and
Confirmation Students for Service Hours

 Confirmation Students, Adult volunteers and children from 6th to 12th grade interested in helping at VBS there will be a Mandatory Meeting on July 9th at 1:00pm at St. Anne North Campus, 16801 Dixie Hwy.
 
All Adult Volunteers must be Virtus Certified
